If m charging the alta fitbit thn its working if m removing the charger then the screen is not coming first i thought the battery is dead then i charged and its working whn i remove the charger thn thers no display

No. I was out of warranty but Fitbit customer service still offered me a discount on a new tracker device.

I was also offered a discount to purchase a new tracker device. However Fitbit no longer offers the Alta or Alta HR, which is what I wanted to replace. Then I decided to order the new Luxe but was told that discount was not available for that model!!!! So, not only are they trying to sell you a new device, they also won't let you order what you want!!! This is total BS and unacceptable!! My next step is Fitbit Corporate!!! Im sure Customer Support employees have their hands tied with how to help customers. The new app update has caused prolems for hundreds of loyal customers. Something has to be done at upper management level!!

I have the same problems...mine started with the Fitbit flashing through all screens and now does not work off the charger...tried shard restart and nothing. Should I call Fitbit?
