My Fitbit Alta is charging but when I start using the screen goes black in 15-20 mins. When I try to recharge it still shows the battery as charged. Also, when it switches on the backlight is very low and its hardly visible. Am assuming some issue with the battery. Tried all tricks from the internet, switching it off & on. Need help.
