I am having to charge my Fitbit Alta battery almost daily, granted it’s a few years old but this seems excessive

If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

No luck I have cleaned mu charging ports and now not charging at all. H

I have been charging 2-3 times a day. It is about 5 years old does this mean its finished???
