Went for long walk today. Alta HR noted 188 active minutes. Synced the device with app & initially active minutes registered but then it reset the app and the Alta to zero minutes. This has happened on other occasions.

Id suggest you do two things.
Restart your tracker several times Restart your tracker
And uninstall the app, reinstall it and log back in.
See how it performs after you have done both of these and let us know how it went.

This has not worked. Completed 93 minutes of activity today which was logged on the app. This then disappeared and activity is now at zero.

I did that and it’s still not working
