I decided to start again using my Alta but not only it wouldn’t connect, but when I try to reset it and charging it, it got very very hot. I am concerned.
I’ve had several different Fitbit devices but they all seem to stop working , and apparently I am not the only one, seems like a known problem.
i am getting frustrated because I’ve loved using Fitbit, on and off for a few years now, but seems like a waste of money.
has anyone been able to get theirs working again?
