Alta not pairing to my IPhone SE

I have tried everything possible and I can’t get my Alta to pair to my new IPhone SE

 

please can someone help!!!!!

You should be getting a message of pair rejected by alta.

 

Hopefully the Alta has not been removed from your Fitbit account.

 

  • Step one, if the old phone is nearby and on. Log out if the app, and remove the Alta from its bluetooth. 
  • Now install the Fitbit app on the new phone and log in
  • Grant any permissions requested.

Your new phone is setup.

Now setup notifications. 

 

Now if you did remove the Alta from your Fitbit account, we will need to do an add device and connect the Alta back to your Fitbit account.

The setup procedure rarely ever needs to be done more than once. The tracker will sync through any device that you are logged into the Fitbit app.
