Alta not tracking active minutes or calories burned correctly.

I’ve had my Alta for some time and found it amazing. However today it has not recognised my 40 minute walk, any of my 250+ steps per hour or the correct amount of calories burned. I’ve restarted my Alta using the charger button, several times. The app is up to date on my iPhone. I’ve unpaired and then paired again. Any other tips?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you to restart your Alta and then monitor it for the next few days.

When it comes to the hourly activity tile in the app, We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime.

Alta HR fitbit is over-tracking my minutes...when I'm not moving it auto adds several minutes to the total.
