I just bought a refurbished Fitbit Alta and it will not turn on when plugged in and it won't reset when I try to reset it.

Thanks for the troubleshooting performed before reaching out. Nice way to go! I was checking with Fitbit support and it seems you already have a case with them. I suggest to continue handling this situation with them to avoid confusions.
