My Fitbit Alta is fully charged but will only show anything on the screen when plugged in to the charger.  Also will only be visible via Bluetooth when connected to the charge.  As soon as it’s taken off charge, the screen is completely blank and doesn’t respond to tap or flick of wrist and my phone can’t find it. I’ve tried resetting various times. Help!!

I'm having the same issue. A bit gutted really. Have looked after my Alta and it looks like it's given up. This all feels a bit like "planned obsolescence" so users are forced to buy newer models. Wasteful and a RIP off.

I am having the same issue and have emailed Fitbit support to see if they can help resolve this. If they don’t get back to me i a day or so I will try calling them. I’ll let you know if I was able to resolve the issue. Stay tuned!

Which is exactly what I did. If this versa does the same thing in a year's time, they will lose a customer!

Connected with Customer Care Team, they stated, will replace only if it is within the warranty time.
