Hi, can anyone help? My Fitbit Alta charges fine and works whilst on change, but as soon as I take it off of the charger, screen goes blank and won't turn back on. Has my Alta completely given up or can I fix this?
This is happening on mine too. Hadn't used it in over a year. It charges fine, the display works while attached to the charger, but when disconnected from the charger, the display no longer works. Any fix solutions would be appreciated.
This has just started happening with mine this week - started turning off when wearing on Wednesday (fully charged) and now turns off as soon as I take it from the charge. Re-booted numerous times but that won't fix it.
