My Alta only works when it is on charge! when i charge it, it says it is fully charged, but then as soon as i take it off it dies! i have tried multiple times but it inst working? what should i do? 🥺

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your tracker isn't responding outside the charger, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
