Alta powers off when not connected to charger

My fitbit Alta powers off multipke times a day. Needs charger to power back on. I have tried the reboot option with no luck. My email is kcvambe@gmail.com.

Hi @CharlesVee  the Alta series is a bit older and may be dying. Keep trying the restarts and see if it helps. Please return and remove your email address, as this is a public forum. This is not customer support, but it is the community where other members help and share by posting.

Go back to the post - there are three dots upper right of it. Pull down and select to edit. You can then remove the email address. Click to save it and repost.
