Hi, my Alta has been randomly turning itself off. The battery is usually close to fully charged so it's not running out of battery. I have had the Alta for about 3 years. Tonight I had to restart it again and now it's got a battery symbol which has stripes running through it. It flicks through the screen but the battery sign is different. Any ideas why these two things are happening?
I have restarted it multiple yes as I have followed the instructions from previous threads.
