Alta screen is stuck on V21 40 02

I charged my alta battery full. A code keeps appearing on the display v21 40 02....just wondered if anyone knows what it means please 🙏 heeeellllpppp

The dashboard display works when it's on charge buy when I take off of charge the screen stays blank.

Hi @Halochic  the Fitbit version is on the screen when you do a restart, so that is what you're seeing and it's perfectly normal. Now, as to the screen being blank when you take it off the charger, does it respond to any taps or movement and does the app show any steps being accumulated?

Hi thank you for your reply. No it's not responding to taps or movement and
not updating with step count either.

@Halochic  try restarting it a few times? You need the original charger with the button on it to do that. If restarting doesn't jolt it awake, then it might just be the end of life for your Fitbit.
