Alta stopped registering my walks

My Alta HR. Has stopped monitoring my walks. It will show me the walk on the map along with the steps and time but it has stopped telling me the distance.

If your seeing a map of your walk @KarenBea you are not using your Alta HR to record your walk. 

 

I think you are using the Fitbit app on your phone. 

Why you are not seeing distance, I'm not sure. 

You could try a restart of the phone, or remove the Fitbit app and install a fresh copy.
