Alta stopped working with almost full battery

For the past several months my Alta stops working even when fully charged.  I have done multiple resets. 

I did contact support, they gave me the reset instructions.  Just keeps getting worse. 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi @threeladies7150 Unfortunately it sounds as if your Alta is dying. If the restarts don't help then there is nothing else you can do. It might be time for a new tracker.
