Alta syncs to one phone and not another

So I found my Alta the other day and realised I couldn’t find the charger so I ordered another one off amazon which didn’t have the button on. I go to sync to my iPhone 6s which is also connected to an Apple Watch (not sure if this is an issue), this doesn’t work so I login on my old iPhone 5 and it syncs perfectly fine could someone please help me out as I’d like to be able to sync to my current phone
