I am having trouble syncing my smart phone app with my Fitbit Alta. I see the number of steps I've taken today in the app, but it tells me the last sync was yesterday morning. Only about half of yesterday's steps are showing for yesterday. This has never happened before. I think something in the app settings is wrong.

My Fitbit was working accurately and the. I charged that battery. Since then it only works when I have it plugged into my computer. Once I unplug it stays on for a few seconds. No screen and when I look at the app it says battery full no steps. Also when I plug I it in again I see that the clock time is changing as if it is in a different time zone for example 9 am here but the clock face saying 11.35. What is going on and have Fitbit done some update which is causing this problem.

the alta has tracked today but it won't synch with my iphone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I reset the device. on the app it gets to "searching" and is not finding the device. I have had this a few years and this is a new issue.

My fitbit stopped syncing yesterday. Is the site down?

Try the help docs. And not sure what other phone models are having issues with.
