Hi pls help I use my Alta as an alarm clock as I dont hear well so vibration alerts me. It wont charge shows a half charged battery. Doesnt vibrate when the charger connects. I've cleaned it, reset it and wiped it but still not working. Reading other threads suggests it is broken. What else can I do. Please help!

Regarding the notifications, please let me know if you're referring to the silent alarms (vibration) or if you're referring to the notifications (call, text, calendar).

Thank you for your reply, I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to resolve the problem with the Alta not charging.
It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
