Dad was gifted a Alta. It came with no charge. We have ordered 3 charges, made sure they were for the Alta. They have 2 prongs right? But it wont charge. Anything we can do to get it to start charging?

Hi @n9ne this article - click to read - should help you. Also, the charger needs to have a restart button on it. Restarting the Fitbit devices is an important function when there is a glitch. Many third party chargers do not have this button.
