Hi there, my Fitbit Alta is having issues at the moment. I'll fully charge it, and within two hours or so it has died. I have gone through the how to restart my tracker advice, holding down the buttons etc, and nothing has improved. I have also checked for updates and made sure my device has the most recent software. It seems to only come back to life when connected to the charger, showing that the battery had drained completely. Once fully charged again the same thing keeps happening. Anyone got any advice that's different for me to try please?
