Alta won't reset or hold charge

My Alta is several years old. It no longer holds a charge and won't reset.  Please help.

My charger has been on charge since 11:00 pm and it has not fully charged. When it has been fully charged it will only stay charged for a couple hours.

I have been experiencing the same problem this week too! Why all of a sudden for some many of us? Seems very strange.

Given as gift to my son who never used it.  Set it up, worked great for two days, now it wont keep a charge.  Very frustrating. Why???


And to see everyone else with the same issue.  Battery replacement should be much easier.

 

Ordered band replacements as the one from fitbit difficult to close.
