Alta won't show the caller ID

Hi I'm just needing some help with my Fitbit Alta. I'm not receiving the contact name from my phone to my Alta when ringing however when I receive a text message that does come through!! I am confused. I've given permission to everything I need to, my Bluetooth is hooked up...everything...so I'm hoping someone knows whats up. Please and thank you in advance.

Look on your phone to see that the Fitbit app is allow to access your contacts. Usually you find this setting in your phones settings. Tap your phone settings then scroll down and tap Apps. Scroll down and find Fitbit app and tap it. Now tap Permissions. Ensure your permissions are enabled. 

Also let’s check your other settings. Open your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Alta. Next scroll down to notifications and tap it. Ensure all your notifications are enabled here. (Calls, text and calendar) You might get a pop up here from the Fitbit App for permissions as well. Accept the permissions if you get any. Now, while on the same page tap App Notifications and ensure your desired apps are enabled. Remember to sync your Fitbit Alta to accept any changes you may have made.
