Alta won't start and there is no button on the charger cable to press to restart

The Alta will only wake up when plugged in to the PC. It syncs OK, otherwise it does nothing. It iss charged up OK

Hi @BrainofPooh  the original Fitbit charger has a button on it so we can restart the device. Without it, there is no way to restart the Fitbit. You might want to purchase an authentic Fitbit charger unit from Fitbit.com, Best Buy or whatever retailer carries the real one. Those third party sellers have chargers, but they lack the necessary button.
