I am unable to sync my Fitbit alta to my Motorola phone

Hi @AndreaOlson  there are basic requirements for our phones and our bluetooth. I have two friends with Moto E and a Moto Power Stylus and they are able to sync - both phones are less than four months old. Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see
