I accidentally got some hot water on my Alta and it buzzed without stopping for about 5 minutes. I plugged it in and it showed the Fitbit logo and then a number but then turned off. The display isn’t working even after it was charging all night. Is there anything I can do or isn’t it just broken

Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. If your tracker isn't responding, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Thank you for helping. I tried restarting it a few times but it still will not work.
