Lost my Fitbit for a few months, then found it again. Fully charged it as I am starting a new fitness regime. Battery fully charged, but won’t work unless it’s on the charger. I have tried every method of resetting, deleting apps, creating new account, and have read every single post in the community with the same issues.
I don’t want to have to buy a new one when the darn thing works when it’s plugged in, it’s just no use to me if it’s not on my wrist!!! Is this a software issue?

I had the exact same problem last year. I contacted a live chat person who gave me a coupon for another product as an answer. It is very disappointing to see that Fitbit is still selling a faulty product and scamming people out of their money. I have lost 100 dollars and my trust in Fitbit.
