Hello guys. Help me please . My Alta is not working from maybe 2 years of not using. When I put in charge all good. Connection and screen are working well. When I remove totally off. What is this? In charger more than 10 hours

Hi there @MarreFitbit @my Alta is 6 years old nearly and won’t hold its charge… if I choose to replace it with another, will my history be transferred to a new one?

Regarding to your question, the answer is yes. All your data will remain stored in the Fitbit app if you decide to replace your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
