Alta won't work unless it's connected to the charger

When I look at my Alta on the charger it works fine but as soon as I take it off and put it on I can’t see anything on the screen even after I tap it. It says it has full battery and is fully synched.

Hi @Jessie1270 Try restarting g a few times. If that d9esnthelpthen unfortunately it is dying. Sorry.
