If I have my Alta plugged in it works and has a full battery but when unplug it it stops working and won’t turn on. What’s going on?

Hi there, @Jadab25. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Alta.

 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Alta. For instructions, click here.

Hi, I have done everything recommended to restart and reset. It simply won't work unless plugged in for charging. Do I just throw it away... Thanks for any help.
