Alta won't work unless it's connected to the charger

Hi,

I have a Alta, just restarted it and it only seems to turn on when connected to charger. It is fully charged but once disconnected from charger screen goes black after a few seconds and won’t turn on. I have also recently updated to the latest firmware v21.40.02. The connector has been cleaned as well. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Lilgris. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Alta. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Alta. For instructions, click here.

I've had the same thing happen with my Fitbit Alta. Battery is full. Have recently updated the firmware. Yet it only works when plugged into the charger. Hope there is a way to fix this?
