i have tried restarting my fitbit and it only works while plugged in. i updated it (because the app forced me to) and now it is acting like that. it is very frustrating and i don’t wish to purchase another fitbit. anyone have any solutions?

Same thing happened to mine. Very frustrating! I received mine as a gift. I guess I will researching a better product to buy.
