Alta works only when on charge...why is that?

My Alta is only working when it’s being charged...any ideas...??

I’m experiencing the dance thing. When it’s plugged in it says it’s100% charged, but as soon as I disconnect it it stops working..

My fit nit will only show me I formation  while plugged into my computer
