Alta wrist band not working

I'm trying from long time to connect you to resolve my problem.. that my band is not working many mails done to fitbit support team and they replied too.. 

but my problem is not solved yet .. please provide any service centre where i can bring my fit bit band .. mail and msgs cannot repair any physical item .. please look this sotuations seriously.. im fed up of this system of mailing and messages... please help to resolve the issue of my band. And please provide contact number which is reachable..

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

That is my problem too.  

The plastic inside the catch is easily broken. Once it has broken, it won't stay attached to the watch. 

I'm hoping that I can get a replacement catch-piece that I can screw into place. 

If you look inside the end piece, you'll see the crumbling pieces of plastic. Why isn't that made of metal so it could last forever?

I hope you recycled it instead of trashing it. 

Instead of plastic, they should have been made with metal.
