Hi everyone.
I've been having trouble with my Alta Hr for a few months now. It started with not wanting to sync, continued with problems tracking sleep, and ended with not tracking my heart rate. Syncing requires 3-5 refresh to work, and the heat rate sensor blinks at 125 constantly. I tried everything, multiple resets, delete and re-sync to account, you name it, I did it!
I got so frustrated with this watch I don't want it anymore. I just bought a new one, a Versa 2, coming in the mail in a few days. I have no use for my old Alta HR, and I'm happy to give in away for free.
The watch works, time is correct, step tracking is still accurate. If you'd like to take over my Alta Hr, it's yours! I will mail it to you with the original wrist band (pink) and two other ones I bought on Amazon (black, purple).

Hi @elisa_m,
I don't need an Alta HR, but it seems like something is wrong with the Alta HR battery. Have you contacted Support and asked for a Battery Test?

I have very similar issues, except my heart rate goes everywhere rather than staying at 125. I can be sitting at my desk doing my work, look down and it'll be in the 110s no matter where it sits on my wrist. I am hoping this isn't some type of planned obsolence thing to force people to upgrade.

Why would you take something that already has problems?
