Accidentally washed my Alta in the washing machine. Dried it the sun.

Won't charge or turn on when off of the charger.

It will turn on when connected to charger, but it isn't charging.

Is it basically trashed for good?

Hi @96c  you can try putting it in a dry bowl of rice, but it's probably dead. Generally, if there is any residual moisture in the device and you charge it, you fry the battery. You might want to look at the new styles of Fitbit. I had an Alta HR and now wear a Luxe. Lots of choices and there are always sales at authorized retailers and Fitbit.com.
