my Alta HR auto HR function won't turn on automatically on use, and if that happen, i have to reset it with fitbit charger, but when i set always on HR, its keep reading HR even though I'm not use it, and what make it scarier is the reading number so high and its recorded I'm on my peak HR for 7 hours++. I'm on firmware 26.63.2.

Hello @widhitl Welcome to the Community Forums!. Thank you for resetting your Alta HR. 

 

Regarding this inconvenience, could you please let me know if the Heart Rate function won't turn on or work while performing a specific workout? If so, please let me know how long do you exercise and when did you start noticing the inconvenience?. 

In the meantime, please confirm if you restarted your Alta HR as suggested here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
