BMR calories

Just put on my Alta and it says I burned 511 calories. Can’t find any way to reset this.

Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  They are always credited, even when you are not wearing the tracker.  There is no way to get rid of them.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
