I complained a while ago about the fact that my Alta HR was only keeping a charge for a couple days instead of the 5 plus days it used to, even though my usage of the device hadn't changed. Tons of people complained of the same issue, with no resolution offered by Fitbit other than the typical restart, clean your charging heads, etc that we'd all already tried. Well, my fitibit is now barely holding the charge for a day and I'm beyond frustrated. Seems like it's a planned obsolescence on the part of fitbit so we keep paying new products. So tired of the money grab.

Hi @Mariola How old is your Alta HR? Batteries do deterioriate.
