Battery life not lasting - My experience with Support

Bought Alta HR for my wife in summer of 2018 

gave it to her at Christmas

she started using it summer of 2019

 

battery now won’t hold charge after 6 months of use

dies after maybe 90 minutes after app says full charge


did all the stuff the forums say to do

called support- did nothing

escalated to Ricardo - call centre manager - did nothing

 

 

to add insult to injury they offered me 25% off their regular price

which pretty well is the current promotion price available to everyone

 

so won’t be buying another Fitbit 

 

product is not reliable plus do you really want to support a company that makes the e-waste problem worse 

 

that’s my $0.02
