Mine too.
Initially I thought it was just low battery and I tried different charging methods. Once I got it to charge the very next day it died again. My device has never given me any issues before now. Can someone please help?

Hi @A_smart, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Alta HR was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. Such article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

I don't think it's a battery/charge problem because I had 75% during the last sync on sunday and it still died by Sunday night.
I have had my device since dec 2018 and this abnormality just started about a week ago.
I just plugged in the device and it shows over 60% full so something else is causing it to shutdown.
