My Alta HR will go blank and not respond. I plug it into the charger and do a reset and it comes up showing the battery low but still charged. I leave it on the charger, it charges to full and I use it. I keep it charged but a day later or a week later it stops again. I have to repeat the process. Any suggestions.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for your patience troubleshooting this uncommon behavior prior to posting, certainly your Alta HR is not working as the way it was designed. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?
Let me share with you that the battery of our Alta HR was designed to last 5 days, but this time frame also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. Then, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations.
