I have enjoyed using my Alta for 2 years or more. However, slowly over that period the battery life dropped from nearly ~7 days,,, down to 6, then 5, 4,3. Now is seems to only hold charge for about 2 days.
If the battery is "End of Life" has anyone attempted battery replacement on the Alta?

@Grumpy_Cat you can check to see which company that advertises online does battery replacements, but it might cost more than a replacement Inspire, which replaced the Alta series. I know one place was selling a kit or doing the work for the customer for a Blaze, but the price was well over $50 for the kit. It's up to you if you really want to get this done.

Same issue, tried everything but it's a common problem. This is my third fitbit...and the last as they only work for 12-18 months. Pity but a huge waste of money to replace every 18 months or so.
