Battery short life

Has anyone noticed they have to charge their Alta in less than 5 days? I received my Alta Wednesday and charged it and had to do another full charge yesterday. I'm st 1/2 power already today. Is this normal?

Fitbit is really good about replacing for defectiveness. I had one that stopped syncing and they replaced it right away. It never hurts to ask! 😉

I would say if it's new, that's not acceptable. You pay for their product and most companies will work with.
