The device just stopped responding today. I went to tap the screen, and it stayed black. Green light is on in the back, but it's no longer flashing. I tried using the charging cable to restart it, but it won't vibrate when it's connected. Pushing the button does nothing. Everything else that I plug into my charger charges. The phone app says that I'm at 79% battery.
Currently have the app on Pixel 3.

Can I be contacted as well? This exact thing has happened to me and I have charged it overnight. I got it for Christmas and within 1 month it was "dead"

Hi, this has also happened to me today. Just completely dead. Not green lights, no vibrations when plugged in, the restart does nothing and it can’t be found on my iPhone anymore. It was at 60% battery last time it worked, but now there’s no life at all.

I have the same black screen. I have flashing lights, and it vibrates when plugged into charger. I tried the 3 pulse fix in the help section...no use. I was cut off from the chat suddenly, in the middle of getting help. It said on Amazon that I have a 1 year warranty bundle..What should I do? Please help

As of this evening, 3/6/2020, I have the same problem. Seems to "log" steps etc and maybe sync, but no screen display at all. Charging and resetting doesn't seem to work

Same thing here. Screen stopped displaying few weeks ago although was still tracking on app. Now won't sync or restart. Can't delete and reinstall as won't be able to see pin to do this. Frustrating. Alta HR. Might as well just bin it now!

The same thing just happen to me. Black screen. No response to touch when on or off charger. Let charge for a day, nothing changed. Green lights are on solid on the back. Please help! Any advise??? Thanks.

I have this too - it was working fine this morning, but i've just gone to check the time and the screen is completely blank. The green lights are on on the back and it's syncing to my phone. It says it has 90% from the app, so there's nothing wrong with the battery (although i did have issues with that last month!)
What's going on with these?

I am having the same problem and it is making me really sad because I love my Fitbit, my mom had gotten it for me like 9 months ago.

Same thing for me. Charged overnight and now nothing. Did not track any steps today. Tried to reboot and it seems to think about it for a semi-second, but then I get the ! symbol.

My Alta HR is doing exactly the same thing as described here. I had charged it, it went dead again within 24 hrs. Charged it again and it didn't last but a few hours. Now I only have a black screen and the 2 green lights on the back are constantly on...no blinking. Please send me instructions of what to do as well. It appears this is happening to several people.

Did anyone get a fix for the black screen? My Alta HR has done the exact same thing! Fully charged, reset button has no effect, won't sync.
