Yesterday (March 8, 2020), my Fitbit screen went black. I went to plug in and it won’t charge. Instead it flashes between the time, full charge bar, and the Fitbit logo/diamond. Not sure what to do to get it working again!

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with the screen of your Alta HR that is not responding and for confirming that you already tried to recharge the device. 

 

I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.
