Broken Band i have been able only to use this the middle of last summer than i thought i fixed AGAIN

Please I really enjoyed this I have had this product for years now only gotten to use it last summer for a month help I do not have the money for a new one I am a cancer survivor I really enjoyed this it got me going can u please help a pretty old lady thanks

Hi @Kdacey15,

 

First of all, congrats on beating cancer!  I've had many friends and family that have fought that battle (some multiple times) and it's no easy feat.

 

Second, you might want to consider purchasing bands off of eBay or Amazon.  I've gotten some off eBay for as little as $5 including shipping.

I feel your pain I have gone through 3 bands for some unknown reason they keep breaking on the plastic part that connects the band to the face part... super frustrating... i think they should replace the plastic part with metal
