The fitbit alta HR is recording my exercise but is not recording Calories burned - says 'not enough data available' - my height and weight are recorded and calories burned has always recorded previously. I have closed the app, i have removed the app and then downloaded again and relogged in but still getting the same message! - Can anyone help please?
