The device synchronizes.
The time is one hour slow.
There is no timezone shown in the device interface.
I can find no interface control to set time zone.

It would be really good if the link you so kindly provided were available on the device page, rather than only by an appeal to Community.
I've double checked, and can find no reference or access to the page at that link on my account's page or device controls.
Why has Fitbit hidden or chosen not to disclose it?
