Hi, @Bigmamabranscom , in order for anyone to help, we will need a little more information.  You have posted in the Fitbit Alta forum.  Is that the Fitbit that you have?  (There isn’t actually a Fitbit called “Fitbit Pro” so that is the first thing we need to clear up...)

 

What are you trying to connect your Fitbit to?  Is it your phone?  What phone do you use?  It will be helpful to know that.

 

Also, have you set up your Fitbit?  Is it a new one that you are connecting for the first time?

 

I am sure someone can help you with a little more information.  Welcome to the forums!
